my health is alllll screwed up lately. back pain comes and goes, it's acting up right now but later it might calm down. i really hope it chills out for work, like last night. last night it was pretty ok. but the night before that, when i got home i could barely crawl into bed because of the pain. on top of that, my voice is fading out again, likely due to all the coughing and throat clearing i had to do the entirety of last night because i was so phlegmy but had to take orders. my voice was gone when i woke up, but has improved a lot since then. hopefully work won't damage it TOO badly. not having a voice is getting old. :[

also my calendar let me know that ~my time of the month~ is three days away, and i can just tell by the state of my body that it's nowhere near 3 days from happening. sooo, looks like we're coming up on a second month of unexplained late period. why. it was so regular before now, which is why it bugs me so much when it acts up, it makes me feel like something is wrong with my body. i mean, i have been sick both months and i'm usually never sick, so....? or maybe my schedule just up and decided to be every five weeks now instead of four??? who the hell knows. uteruses are very strange things. all i know is i cannot afford a doctor in any way. so. yeah.

not feeling work tonight. i know it's gonna be hard. last night was hard. then the rain came and eased my soul. the four hours after that were still achingly hard and slow, but the rain made it so much easier. at least i finally have a day off after this. these three days coming back after my holiday break have been unexpectedly tough. praying for rain again tonight, soft easy rain the whole night through.
