random thoughts on gaming things

The shelf that currently holds my TV and games is like the perfect size for my room, and fits my TV perfectly, but... it has a small problem and that is storage. I wish I could swap the top and bottom so that the bottom storage held my consoles and the top held the games. Because with those kinds of things, you really want the consoles under the TV so that the cable doesn't hang down into the screen, but that's what we've got right now. It doesn't bother me TOO much, but it's not ideal.

What I would like is one that's the same size as our current one, with a sturdy middle shelf to hold our big oldschool CRT tv [The Brick], some OPEN storage space at the bottom or at least some cord holes open in the back. [I would drill holes in the one we have but idk, my situation is always changing console wise and idk what I'd be happy with... maybe we can talk with Hiccup, he might have an idea about it.] On the top, some closed storage shelf/ves for my games and cases, controllers and miscellaneous peripherals.

Idk. Again, this is gonna be tough to just find out there, and almost impossible to be new, but it seems like it wouldn't be worth operating on my current shelf for, haha. Eh. I probably won't do anything, these are just thoughts.


Anyway, I went to save point and got Donkey Kong Country for SNES, Jak 3 for ps2 [yooo I finally have all 3!!], and Tetrisphere and Robotron 64 for n64. Yehh. And now I'm gonna rearrange my game cabinet for the billionth time which is what got me talking about this in the first place :V

STICKERS THAT I JUST BOUGHT, intended to be put on the backs of my electronics and stuff:
- pokemon starters, i had to pick 3 so i went with the ones with the cutest art: charmander, turtwig and totodile. reptile babies
- the three main masks from Majora's Mask, the Deku, Goron and Zora masks. bc they are simple and cute
- some animal crossing people, namely Isabelle, Blathers and Gulliver. babs
- some little spirits from Ghibli movies: soot sprite, kodama and Calcifer because HOW WOULD I NOT CHOOSE CALCIFER? little heart-core fire demon ;_;
- and then THE BIGGEST ONES LOL: GEMZ. got the Crystal Gems all four, as well as Lapis and one little one of Ruby and Sapphire who I guess also count as crystal gems duh :V I WANTED LION BUT THEY WERE OUT OF HIM so i got Lapis instead.
- actually i lied THESE are the biggest ones: two really huge art nouveau kinda style Spirited Away stickers. one almost looks like a shirt print for Yubaba's Spirit Bath and that one is going on the back of my kindle one. the other one has Chihiro and Haku looking at each other with No-Face and a bunch of other spirits and the words "I have known you since you were very small" and. omg. chills. just chillz man. that might be the centerpiece for my laptop bc it's entirely too good. that movie is so important man.

SOOOO YEAH. they comin to me. i hope soon omg. also the mixed bag of tiny stickers [everything besides the big Ghibli ones and the Gems] are coming from literally the same town Bird lives in wtfwtfwtf o_o

and now i am DONE SPENDING SILLY MONEY AND READY TO FIX MY CAR... I THINK... CRIES
