Oli's Big List of Notable Pokemon, organized by game as well as possible [since most are on my primary Y version cartridge]:
Notes-
- Others Of Note are usually un-trained in game and thus will have more unspecific stats.
- Secondaries are usually early team members that I eventually dropped from the final Elite Four team, but who still remain important and/or HM slaves.
- Some Pokemon, usually main team members or HM slaves, are missing moves from their pool due to HMs being deleted during transfer. This is fine because HM moves will typically be changed in headspace anyway, as they are not typically needed.

My headcanon is that he is just some kind of genetic hiccup and just will not stop growing, grows forever throughout his life, old school Western dragon style. so Monster is just an ABNORMALLY HUGE Charizard, and thus, rather hard to control sometimes.
