picked up a Shulk amiibo today! :o i wasn't really even totally planning on getting him. but the gamestop we went to for xmas shopping had SO MANY AMIIBO. even rare ones. they had a little mac for god's sake. and a Lucario, who i almost bought but... i just don't... like him!! and so i passed up on buying him for retail price l o l. for some reason. idk i'm just not a fan of the smash character or the amiibo or really, the pokemon itself, i mean he's alright but overrated. anyway. i got Shulk bc i played him the other day and realized that i actually really like playing him! he's similar to Cloud who i absolutely ADORE, omg. i never expected to like Cloud that much but he might be becoming a main suddenly. outta nowhere. anyway Shulk sure is cute. and gay. he just is ok he's gay.
bb got me the splatoon amiibo but i'm not allowed to open them until solstice lol >w> but omg. finally. i've longed for them forever and so has Apostrophe. she's gonna scream. they unlock soooo many things in splatoon. most especially the samurai gear and the hero roller.... heeelll yeeehhh. i got bb the Ike amiibo because he's always wanted one and i did not expect to see one just sitting in a gamestop, nevermind like EIGHT of them. they had so many y'all. so we walked out with like five amiibo total today holy shit. my army grows. once solstice comes, i'm gonna have ELEVEN AMIIBO, eight of them for smash and three splatoon.
on that note, i am and have always been roller trash ever since i started playing splatoon but i've been in love with the aerospray here lately. there is a splatfest going on and i'm totally destroying with my aerospray instead of the roller. there was a team that i just kinda landed in earlier today where we WRECKED FACE for like a SOLID HOUR, none of us leaving between matches we just all kept playing. i think we won about twelve or thirteen matches in a row. my rating has never been that high before it was awesome. their names were Jennasm, CrazyRinho [lol], sebas, and me [Apostrophe]. it was amazing and i wish i could friend them lol because that was a hell of a time until i finally had to leave.
team naughty 4 life btw. i think we're gonna win this one if only because i realized that team nice is populated LARGELY by little kids. which makes sense to me! kids wanna prove they're good. they're almost taught to be like competitive about it. i'm a Good Kid. better than you. bad kids suck. it's older kids/adults that have fun with the idea of ~being naughty~, and especially around christmas there's this idea with small children that good kids get presents!! bad kids get nothing!! so team nice etc!! and every match i've fought the nice team's members have been very obviously small children. so i think just largely as a matter of motor control, naughty is gonna win lolol. but i could be wrong!
