IM BEING KINDA BAD WITH MONEY AGAIN HELP >:|
but ugh. idk. today might have been worth it bc we went to the raptor center first and saw lots of birds and took lots of pics. wish i could have got a grip on Hiccup enough to bring him up here. [i'm kinda terrified that he's destabilizing or something crazy like that??? but i think something would be Being Done About It in that case. so. idk. idk what i can even do about it so] but nonetheless i kept getting stuff filtered from him. watching a little harrier with 1.5 wings repeatedly try to jump off and fly and just landing on the ground repeatedly, a pang of guilt that wasn't mine.
then we went to the witchy store in Huntersville, which is the best fucking place. and got some coyote magic <3 foot bone, claw and tooth. the tooth even has a hole pre-drilled so i'm gonna do something with it 0w0 i also got a big ol' stick of sigil chalk because hellll yeah. i need to get on making my own but i wanna try this first. plus it has glitter n herbs rubbed in it >u> anddd i got a garnet!! a little blood red garnet, very dark and hard to see but if u look just right u can see the gem bits shining through. it's so lovely and subtle and going in my bag of shiny pretty rocks. [LOL OH BTW: remember when i got given that three bucks in a jesus pamplet? yeah, those three bucks paid for my garnet. yes.] OH AND: a thorn. now idk why i felt like spending multiple dollars on a thorn when i can pick them off a vine anywhere in the world, but. it was good. it came off a honey locust tree.
and then of course anytime we visit Laughingbrook, the witchy store, we HAVE to visit the retro game store next door [which i found out was just called Video Game World. wow. good job Save Point for having a catchy name]. AND NOW I HAVE A REASON TO BUY NES/SNES GAMES YEH. so i picked up a couple. Dr Mario and original Tetris for NES, and then Tetris 2 for SNES. which is the only one i ended up playing today. and UHH... it's not actually tetris, much in the vein of Tetris Attack, but a somewhat similar game with totally different rules. in fact it's actually rather similar to dr. mario o_0 but IT WAS ACTUALLY FUN AND I PLAYED THE HECKE OUT OF IT and beat the stored high score from who knows how many years ago. good times. also i'm told that the ridiculous tight grip that the c2 clone console holds my games with A: will if anything only break the SYSTEM, not the games themselves lmfao, and B: should lesson over time. so yeah. that's good.
yeah sooo now i get to go do my weekly hell shift on saturday night :v i'm so not feeling it. and what's more i can't get hiccup up here either to help me out. weh. idk. it's like i took two steps foward and four steps back with connection to headspace, but not in every way. i still FEEL them a lot easier. but especially Trolley. she sure is getting up close and personal lately, which adds to my feeling that Something Is Not Quite Right, but. it's ok. i'm not anxious about it. mostly just anxious about stupid wooorrrkkkk why this
